However, as with all things in life, each building will need its own level of TLC to keep it looking good long into the future.
All our PVCu products carry a comprehensive ten year guarantee* that covers any associated building work, glazing and finishing works**.
We will even provide as part of our completion package a maintenance guide on the best way to look after your new installation. As with all timber products, our Atrium hardwood products will need a little more care to ensure its longevity. As this part depends more on the individual, we offer a five year guarantee* on all hardwood products. However, with the right attention to detail and regular upkeep, your hardwood products can be expected to look beautiful for many years to come.

Insurance Backed Guarantee
In the unlikely event that the member company should cease to trade, a CPA Consumer Guard Insurance Backed Guarantee will enable you to claim for the repair of any installation defects that may subsequently arise. Depending on the nature of the work undertaken, this guarantee is available for a period of 10 years.)***
