Unlike many other companies in our industry, we can assure you of the following;
The Consultation
- The initial appointment will not be a sales call and you will NOT be pressurised into making a quick decision based on a manager’s special or one off discount. We will take away all the relevant information and provide a detailed proposal based on your requirements and desires.
- You will NOT be obliged to meet with the designer again.
- To assist in your decision making we will provide a design proposal including plan and elevation drawings and a detailed cost breakdown for every aspect of the proposed design.
- You will be given the opportunity to discuss the design and project detail at a time and location that suits you.
The Next Stage
- We will not provide you with unrealistic time frames and completion dates to obtain an order and acknowledge that as with all building projects, we often have to work with planning permission timeframes and construction details beyond our control which can affect any project. However, we aim to provide a professional and effective service at all times with access to your designated project manager.
- We will undertake a detailed technical survey and all materials will be custom made to a high standard to suit your requirements and your property.
- We will treat your property with the respect and care that you would expect from anyone invited into your home, ensuring that all representatives of the company have been vetted by our project manager and will aim to uphold the companies’ reputation.
- On completion we will provide you with advice on how to maintain your new installation along with a comprehensive guarantee.
